Power On Installations Ltd was formed in late 2008 when its owner Adam Freeman bought the busbar division from his partners at PFM Power Ltd where he had been a director and share holder since 2000. All the staff from the busbar division moved to Power on Installations Ltd. We are proud to say over 80% of those employees are still working for the company today. We have recruited many highly skill and competent installers over time to add to our core teams.
The company would not be able to thrive without our employees. We are extremely proud of them and the pride they take in their work and the safety of other trades working alongside them.
We are a relatively small company working for much larger clients in exciting and challenging data centre environments.

Safety
We are extremely proud of our exemplary safety record over the past 14years. This has been achieved through training, monitoring, rigorous procedures and the support of our external partners (Mentor Services). We detailed planning, method statement and risk assessments we show at all times safety comes first.
Commitment
From receipt of order to completion of the contract we are fully committed to our clients requirements. Many of our projects by nature require out of normal hours working including weekends. We have a committed workforce to take on this challenge with flexible working hours.
Client Satisfaction
Our clients are extremely important to our business and the vast majority of our orders are repeat orders from the same group of clients throughout the year. Therefore we strive for the highest standards on installation and client support to enable this tread to continue.
